These are the highest quality Potentiometers that the CTS Corporation manufacture.

WD® Music Products developed these high-quality potentiometers with CTS® to offer you exceptional performance in electronics for your guitar. These are NOT the same CTS pots that other companies stock and sell. These are developed using 9% +/- tolerances and a value at 10% over the stamped, standard 250K rating (275K). This ensures you not only optimum performance but guarantees your potentiometers will always be at least the value stated unlike many others using 20% tolerances where you can be over spec but in most cases way under the specifications you need to ensure good tone from your pickups. They added brass components and a high-quality long-life wiper versus what comes standard on most run of the mill pots to ensure long life, quality and consistent performance. They even chamfered the tops of the posts so as to make installing the knobs easier.

You are purchasing a set of 4 of the best CTS Solid Shaft Pots on the market (These are not your standard CTS Pots which have a 20% tolerance). Each pot comes with 2 washers and 2 nuts.

PLEASE NOTE. These Pots need a 3/8" diameter hole for installation which is standard for USA made guitars. Most Import Guitars have a smaller hole of 8mm as standard in the control plate or pickguard, so there is a good chance that you will have to enlarge the pot holes in the body, pickguard or control plate to 3/8".

Also, imported solid shaft knobs (6mm) won't fit USA spec pots (1/4"/6.35mm) like CTS, so you will most likely need new knobs.
